Refund policy

We want you to love your Dailaura order. If you're not happy, you can return most items within [30] days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

Not returnable: opened skincare, earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards and sale items marked "final sale".

To start a return, email dialorastore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within [5-10] business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.
